My husband and I didn’t know what a good Primary Care Physician was until we decided to switch to Tailored MD and Dr. Clements. Our entire family has been seeing Dr Clements for the past 3 years. Dr Clements is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. He always takes the time necessary to listen to all our concerns and questions. There is no rushing through a visit, regardless of its reason. He answers everything thoroughly and advises on suitable solutions to help you as a patient, as a person. Neither one of us has ever felt like a rushed patient when speaking to the Dr. Clements, but rather like the most important person in the room. Quite a change from the very many PCPs we’ve had in the past as we moved with work firm one state to another. Moreso, as a member, we can always be in touch via text message and get responses quickly and efficiently. We can meet in person, or via Skype or even send a text message when needed. Dr Clements helped send a prescription to another state while I was traveling and within the hour, I had my medicines. Being part of Tailored MD, is truly an exceptionally elevated experience, truly tailored to your personal needs. We can not say enough positive things about Dr. Clements and the entire staff. There is no higher recommendation we could ever give. It’s quite an outstanding feeling knowing that one of the most important professionals in our lives, that helps to keep us healthy, is Dr Clements. Please accept our most sincere Thank You for the many visits our family has had so far, and for continuing to keep us healthy and safe.

I highly recommend Tailored MD. They were able to get me in the same day and the staff is incredible. The doctor took his time and listened to everything I had to say. I will be using them as my GP moving forward!

Had never thought about engaging in a concierge doctor arrangement before, but after struggling to find an acceptable family doctor my wife came across Dr. Clements and his practice online. After much internal deliberation about the concept of paying a monthly 'subscription' to have access to a doctor, we finally decided to do it. We have been nothing but happy with the decision ever since. Dr. Clements is fantastic! Knowledgable, patient, always available and very supportive, our experiences with Dr. Wes have been exactly what we always hoped for in a family doctor.

Severe nerve ear pain and couldn't sleep! Even ibuprofen wouldn't help and my head felt like a bowling ball for 3 horrible months! I went to urgent cares, hospitals and everyone said I was fine and my ear looked fine! This place took the time to figure out that I had bad swelling in my head from allergies causing slight pressure in my ear drum that everyone else missed! The intense swelling and pressure was irritating my nerves and finally I got prescribed the proper medicine to take down my swelling and get rid of my fluid in my eustacian tube! Omg the relief! Thank you guys so much! Every other doctor couldn't see the slight pressure on my ear drum but Dr.Amanda Byrd figured it out! So thankful💓💓

Wow! Just left my appointment with the amazing Amanda Byrd, DNP, FNP-C and mind blowing experience! I love the personable and longer appointment so I did not need to refer to the abbreviated or AI version for the 10 min appointments we are used to. My concerns were heard, and I truly felt understood. Amanda was thorough, engaging, and caring. Best decision ever!

Absolutely a game-changer in medical treatment! Our world desperately needs REAL patient care and the Tailored MD solution not only provides tremendous value but also a level of personalized and thorough care that is simply not available in traditional medical practices. The assessment of my health was approached from a broad perspective… meaning, the appointment was not limited to just the reason for my visit. BEST PLACE!!!! Ive been with them for almost a year and the difference in care is astonishing. The doctors really listen and take the time to actually help you. I have a full time job going to doctors and specialists and this is the FIRST time i have felt like an actual human being in a doctors office. Very warm and inviting. All staff are so nice and help in any way they can. These doctors are what the world needs more of. Compassion and comfort for patients- these guys nailed it 💞(and my kids love it too)
